To secure your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of just £50 per room.
Our preferred methods of receiving your deposit payment are via Paypal, internet bank transfer or cash. Sterling cheques are only accepted if received and cleared 2 weeks prior to arrival.
PayPal accepts Visa & Mastercard and is a safe, fast, and secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account in order to use the banking system.
Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of banking charges, we are unable to accept Credit Card payments over the telephone.
Balance of payment is required on arrival.
Preferred method of payment of balance: Cash, Internet transfer or Paypal (balance by Paypal incurs a £5 or 3.5% banker’s fee, whichever is greater – alternatively cleared Sterling cheques.
We do not accept Travellers Cheques or American Express.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care with our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Lost Keys will be charged at a rate of £10 per key.
If you should cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, only your deposit will be retained. Should you cancel after that time, the whole amount will be charged. Should you choose to reduce your number of nights stay within the 14 days, the full amount will still be due.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.
